When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by May 18th, so we can have an accurate headcount.

What is the dress code?
Wear what you want! Cocktail, semi-formal, beachy-cocktail, etc. We will be dressed up, but will be prioritizing comfort.
*Please note, St Mary’s Hall is not air-conditioned.

Transportation/Shuttle

We highly recommend coordinating with friends and family to carpool! We are looking into the possibility of shuttle offerings for getting people home safely after the party - stay tuned.

Above all, we do not want anyone driving while impaired so please reach out to us if you’re concerned about finding a DD.

How should I get around on the day of? Is it walkable?

The distance between 21 Breakwater and St Mary’s Hall is about 650m or an 8 minute walk.

Where should I park?

21 Breakwater Parking
Parking is located to the rear of the building, and overflow parking can be line both sides of their main driveway.

St Mary’s Hall Parking
There is limited parking at the Hall, with additional street parking on both sides of Main Street. Ideally, we will keep parking spaces at the venue for our more 'mature' guests and those with infants. If you are able to park off-site, that would be very much appreciated.

Are kids welcome?

While we adore your little ones, we're only able to accommodate children of our immediate family and those under 12 months of age.

Can I bring a date?

While we'd love to celebrate with everyone, we kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend. We appreciate your understanding.

Is there a gifts registry?

We are fortunate to already have the essentials and have chosen not to create a registry. Your presence means the most to us, and we appreciate that many will be traveling a long way to attend. <3

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

We have chosen to do a small family-only ceremony. We will all gather together for a “happy hour” at 21 Breakwater Restaurant, which has a beautiful lawn, covered porch, and indoor areas, allowing all to hang out inside or outside! Afterwards, we’ll head to St Mary’s Hall for an indoor dinner and dance.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Yes!

What is the St Mary’s Hall?

The Hall is a community space run by the staff and volunteers at St Mary’s Church in Souris. We are so grateful to be able to gather in this space that has held countless celebrations, concerts, dances and dinners for the community for decades.
